This policy covers kinlabs.studio, this website. It does not describe how the Kin Labs renewal service handles information once you become a customer.
What this site collects
When you submit a form on this website, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, organization, role, and state. We also record which page the form came from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.
How it is handled
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to us by email. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and form submissions in aggregate. We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, or third-party trackers.
What this site never collects
This website does not ask for and cannot accept a Social Security number, a Medicaid ID, a date of birth, medical information, or uploaded documents. There is no field on this site for any of them.
How we use it
Only to contact you about Kin Labs. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The services named above process it on our behalf.
Deleting your information
Email hello@kinlabs.studio and we will delete what we hold.
Health information
This website does not collect protected health information. It is not a HIPAA-covered service.
